Cellulite is rapped fat deposits underneath the skin. It is usually prevalent in the thigh area and can become a common problem for women. While there are countless treatments promising to reduce cellulite, exercise is still a highly recommended approach. Cardio workouts like walking and jogging are some of the best ways to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Aside from helping reduce cellulite, exercise is a good way to make the body appear even better.

Walking and Jogging

    Walking and jogging are considered the best ways to exercise the thighs. In getting rid of cellulite, it's important to take note of the intensity of the workout. Since both walking and jogging are cardio exercises, they can help the body lose weight. Weight loss is strongly linked with cellulite reduction. A good variation for a cardio workout is the use of a gym stair climber or to simply climb an actual staircase. This adds more intensity to the jogging workout. Strengthening the muscle and toning them can help reduce the visibility of cellulite.

Squats

    Also called as chair sits, squats for cellulite reduction are also as good as walking and jogging. To do this, the person should stand with both feet apart.
